While you may be busy binging the second season of Netflix’s wonderfully addictive drama series House of Cards this weekend (helluva first episode, no?), the streaming service has also dropped the first trailer and release date for its other wildly popular original series Orange Is the New Black.  The first season was a very pleasant surprise last year, as Jenji Kohan’s (Weeds) dramatic comedy series nearly eclipsed Netflix’s more high profile debuts of House of Cards and Arrested Development.  For those unfamiliar, the show is based on the memoir of the same name by Piper Kerman and revolves around an engaged Brooklynite who ends up serving a year-long detention in a federal prison.  This season two trailer is very much a teaser, but those itching to see the first footage from the new episodes should be sufficiently pleased.

Hit the jump to watch the trailer.  All 13 episodes of Orange Is the New Black season two will be released on Netflix Friday, June 6th.  The series stars Taylor Schilling, Natasha Lyonne, Kate Mulgrew, Laura Prepon, and Jason Biggs.
