While we saw a bevy of collectibles from both the Iron Man and Batman franchises in years past, material for Warner Bros.’ Man of Steel has been fairly light.  Not to worry, though, as Hot Toys has unveiled a stellar collectible figure for Russell Crowe’s Jor-El, complete with a Kryptonian gun and stellar wardrobe.  If you’ve been holding out for a solid Man of Steel collectible, this is it.  While the price is a bit steep at $219.99, avid collectors will surely find room in their budget for this figure. First Images of Hot Toys’ “The Bat” Reveal One of the Biggest Collectibles Ever Made

Though director Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy came to a close last year with the release of The Dark Knight Rises, it appears that we’ll still be seeing material from the franchise for some time to come.  Hot Toys has posted a few curious images that tease the unboxing of a rather massive 1/6 scale model of “The Bat” from The Dark Knight Rises, revealing that Batman’s aerial vehicle could soon be yours.  No price is given, but one imagines this won’t exactly be cheap.  Pre-orders are expected to begin in the near future, so keep an eye out.

Joe: Retaliation Snake Eyes figure company?  Lucky for you, Hot Toys has just released a 1/6th scale figure for Storm Shadow, as played by Lee Byung-hun when the sequel opens March 29th.  The figure features a highly detailed likeness of the actor with both a masked and unmasked head, plus 30 points of articulation, nine pairs of hands and a veritable arsenal of ninja weaponry.  This Sideshow pre-order will run you $204.99 with shipment expected in June.

In anticipation of the release of Iron Man 3 in a couple of months, the folks over at Hot Toys are cooking up some fine-looking collectible figurines.  They recently unveiled a nifty Sixth Scale collectible version of Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark.  The collectible comes complete with various pieces of armor, a workbench, a light up stand, and even a mechanical arm.   It’s a bit pricey at $279.99, but hardcore fans shouldn’t have trouble mining their savings for the latest Hot Toys piece.

We’ve got another Hot Toys-related Geek Gifts to share today.  Fans of G.I. Joe will be happy to hear that Hot Toys is releasing a pretty cool Snake Eyes sixth scale figure in anticipation of the upcoming sequel G.I. We’ve got a ridiculously impressive Geek Gift to share today.  Hot Toys is known for their highly detailed collectibles, but now they’re gearing up to release Tony Stark’s entire Hall of Armor from Iron Man 2.  This thing comes in two different versions, one with seven sets, and one with four, including Stark’s Mark I – VII.  It’s a beaut, but it’s not cheap.  The full set of seven will run you $799.99, the set of four is $469.99, and if you just want one it’s $129.99.

The Dark Knight Rises may have opened over a month ago, but Hot Toys still has more fantastic tie-in figures to reveal.  Today they’ve unleashed a gorgeous Selina Kyle/Catwoman figure that’s the spitting image of Anne Hathaway’s character from the film.  The 1/6th scale collectible figure is specially crafted based on Hathaway and comes with her signature goggles, outfit, and replaceable hands/a gun.

Hot Toys is back with yet another fine-looking collectible addition to the Avengers line.  We’ve already seen a ridiculously detailed Loki as well as Iron Man’s Mark VII armor, but now the collectible line is going green.  The 1/6th scale Hulk Limited Edition Collectible Figurine is modeled after the Hulk design from The Avengers; in other words it’s very Mark Ruffalo-y.  You can put this Hulk into a number of different poses with his articulated arms, including “impending Hulk Smash.”

Geek Gifts: THE AVENGERS Iron Man Mark VII and THE TERMINATOR Endoskeleton Hot Toys Figures

Hot Toys has unveiled a couple of new collectible figures, and they’re pretty swell. First up is the 1/6th scale Mark VII Limited Edition Iron Man collectible figurine from The Avengers line.  It’s ridiculously detailed, and you can basically count the facial hairs on Tony Stark’s goatee with the helmet off.  The armored figure also includes a wrist laser, forearm rockets, fully deployable air flaps, interchangeable armor plates and more.
