Some pretty damn cool-looking collectible figures are now on sale for The Amazing Spider-Man and Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem, and we’ve got a batch of images from both. These figures come from Hot Toys, the same company that put out that incredibly life-like Joker collectible from The Dark Knight and they also did Loki from The Avengers. There’s really not much to the Spidey collectible besides some webshooting and crouched stances, but the Wolf Predator Polystone Statue is pretty neat. The terrifying hunter carries a trophy from his prey in one image, and shows off his deadly chompers in another.

Hot Toys has just announced the Joker 2.0 sixth scale figure from The Dark Knight. As you can see from the pictures, they’re done an incredible job and it’s eerie how much the sculpt looks like Heath Ledger. Like all Hot Toys figures, the head sculpt is hand-painted and it’s got over 35 points of articulation. It also comes with a ton of cool extras. For more on the figure, you can pre-order it on Sideshow Collectables or hit the jump.

While it’s been awhile since we’ve posted a “Geek Gifts” article, I’m going to try and post more of them in the future. While I know a lot of you aren’t exactly willing to spend $200 dollars on a limited edition figure of Loki from The Avengers, I’m hoping many of you still find it fun to take a gander. Based on the hits, I’ll know if we should post more or less of these types of articles.
Anyway, Hot Toys (which makes some awesome stuff) has just released images and info on their awesome looking Movie Masterpiece Series Loki Sixth Scale Figure from The Avengers. As you’ll see in the images, “the movie-accurate collectible is specially crafted based on the image of Tom Hiddleston as Loki in the movie, highlighting the newly developed head sculpt, highly detailed costume, weapons and accessories.” Hit the jump for more.

Jackson has his best angry/intimidating face on as the collectible shows the character in a variety of poses (Nick Fury with gun! Nick Fury with briefcase! Nick Fury with walkie talkie!). The company urges fans to stay tuned as they’re expected to unveil the rest of the characters over the next few weeks until the release of Joss Whedon’s film.
Hit the jump to read the full message from Hot Toys and to get a look at the Nick Fury figure, as well as a tease for the rest of the Avengers team. The Avengers opens in 3D on May 4th.
