One of last year’s biggest hits—and biggest surprises, to some—was The Fault in Our Stars. The Fox 2000 picture was made on a limited budget with up-and-coming young actors (Shailene Woodly and Ansel Elgort) and a burgeoning director (Josh Boone, who’s now helming The Stand), but it had a secret weapon: its source material. Author John Green has a massive following of his own, and fans turned out in droves to see his devastating cancer drama turned into a feature film. But the movie spoke to more than simply John Green fans, as critics and general audiences alike had a strong reaction to the film.

Given the movie’s success, 20th Century Fox worked quickly in putting together another John Green adaptation, and the result is that a Paper Towns movie is hitting theaters in just a few months. Ahead of the trailer debut tomorrow, Fox 2000 has released the first Paper Towns images and a brief teaser, giving us a first look director Jake Schreier’s (Robot & Frank) adaptation.

The story of Paper Towns follows a young man (Nat Wolff) who wakes up one night to find his neighbor Margo (Cara Delevingne) dressed as a ninja, asking him to help her get revenge on the people who have hurt her. She disappears the next day, but the man subsequently begins to receive clues from her that he must follow.

Before we see the trailer tomorrow, check out the first Paper Towns movie images via USA Today and a brief teaser, via Delevingne’s Instagram. The film was penned by Fault scribes Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber and also stars Austin Abrams, Halston Sage, and Justice Smith. Paper Towns opens in theaters on July 24th.
