For 20 years now, Pixar has delivered beautiful, expertly crafted movies, setting the benchmark for what filmmakers can achieve with the art of computer animation. From 1995's  Toy Story to this year's Inside Out, Pixar has thrilled (and often emotionally devastated) audiences around the world with continually inventive tales that are as awe-inspiring as they are expertly rendered, picking up seven Academy Awards for Best Animated Feature and two nominations for Best Picture along the way.

Thanks to a new video tribute by Kees van Dijkhuizen jr., created in celebration of Toy Story's 20th anniversary and the release of Pixar's 16th film The Good Dinosaur, you can relive the wonder the last 20 years in less than two minutes. Accompanied by Michael Giacchino's composition "Stuff We Did" from the Up soundtrack, and laid against Pixar MVP Andrew Stanton's 2012 TED Talk, the video chronologically recounts the history of Pixar, from the studio's iconic first short films all the way to the soon-to-be-released The Good Dinosaur. It's a pretty powerful look at, not just the boundless imagination of the creative minds at the studio, but the evolution of an art form over two decades of rapid technological advancement. Check it out for yourself below and maybe grab a tissue first.
