Planet of the Apes Saga: The Poster Collection 40 Removable Posters

The Planet of the Apes saga began with the 1968 science fiction film, based on a novel by Pierre Boulle. Since then, the franchise has grown into nine feature films, two television series, comic books, novels, and a wide variety of merchandise.

With forty stunning removable posters, Planet of the Apes Saga: The Poster Collection (Insight Editions / $24.99 / June 2014) captures all the drama and action of the beloved movie saga, from the original classics to the brilliant prequel, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, and its upcoming sequel, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. Featuring exceptional stills and fantastic theatrical poster art from the original Planet of the Apes movie starring Charlton Heston—as well as sequels such as Beneath the Planet of the Apes and Escape from the Planet of the Apes—this collection encompasses more than forty years of epic storytelling. It also captures the wonder of the incredible Oscar®-winning special effects that brought the young chimpanzee Caesar to life in Rise of the Planet of the Apes.

Planet of the Apes Saga: The Poster Collection is the ultimate book for fans of the beloved science fiction saga.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes arrives in theaters July 11, 2014.
