     November 23, 2010

If you’re in the market for a Blu-ray player, I can personally recommend the PlayStation 3.  Not only does it have your back on video games, but it also does a decent job up-scaling DVDs, can stream Netflix, browse the Internet, and has a solid marketplace for downloadable games and movies.  If you think it would be awesome to get one for the holiday season, you’d be right.

Since we’re all about being awesome, we’re teaming up with the good folks behind Spartacus: Blood and Sand to giveaway a PlayStation 3 along with the first season of Spartacus: Blood and Sand on Blu-ray.  Two runner-ups will get the first season of the show on DVD.  Hit the jump for details on how to enter along with a trailer for Spartacus: Blood and Sand.  The complete first season is currently available to own on DVD and Blu-ray.

If you’d like to get be entered for a free copy, what you need to do is email with your name and address and say PLAYSTATION 3 SPARTACUS GIVEAWAY in the headline.  This giveaway will be open until December 15th at noon Pacific Time and is only open to residents of the United States.  Also, only one entry per person.
