Here’s the official synopsis for Prometheus:

Ridley Scott, director of “Alien” and “Blade Runner,” returns to the genre he helped define. With PROMETHEUS, he creates a groundbreaking mythology, in which a team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a thrilling journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race.

Here’s the official synopsis for Dark Shadows:

In the year 1752, Joshua and Naomi Collins, with young son Barnabas, set sail from Liverpool, England to start a new life in America. But even an ocean was not enough to escape the mysterious curse that has plagued their family. Two decades pass and Barnabas (Johnny Depp) has the world at his feet–or at least the town of Collinsport, Maine. The master of Collinwood Manor, Barnabas is rich, powerful and an inveterate playboy…until he makes the grave mistake of breaking the heart of Angelique Bouchard (Eva Green). A witch, in every sense of the word, Angelique dooms him to a fate worse than death: turning him into a vampire, and then burying him alive. Two centuries later, Barnabas is inadvertently freed from his tomb and emerges into the very changed world of 1972. He returns to Collinwood Manor to find that his once-grand estate has fallen into ruin. The dysfunctional remnants of the Collins family have fared little better, each harboring their own dark secrets. Matriarch Elizabeth Collins Stoddard (Michelle Pfeiffer) has called upon live-in psychiatrist, Dr. Julia Hoffman (Helena Bonham Carter), to help with her family troubles. Also residing in the manor is Elizabeth’s ne’er-do-well brother, Roger Collins, (Jonny Lee Miller); her rebellious teenage daughter Carolyn Stoddard (Chloe Moretz); and Roger’s precocious 10-year-old son, David Collins (Gulliver McGrath). The mystery extends beyond the family, to caretaker Willie Loomis, played by Jackie Earle Haley, and David’s new nanny, Victoria Winters, played by Bella Heathcote.

Here’s the official synopsis for Snow White and the Huntsman:

In the epic action-adventure Snow White and the Huntsman, Kristen Stewart (Twilight) plays the only person in the land fairer than the evil queen (Oscar(r) winner Charlize Theron) out to destroy her. But what the wicked ruler never imagined is that the young woman threatening her reign has been training in the art of war with a huntsman (Chris Hemsworth, Thor) dispatched to kill her. Sam Claflin (Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides) joins the cast as the prince long enchanted by Snow White’s beauty and power. The breathtaking new vision of the legendary tale is from Joe Roth, the producer of Alice in Wonderland, producer Sam Mercer (The Sixth Sense) and acclaimed commercial director and state-of-the-art visualist Rupert Sanders.

  1. “Kristen Stewart fairer than Charlize Theron” !!!
It has to be a joke !!!! Otherwise, the trailer looks very good.

    • Maybe if they were the same age, but Charlize is 38 now and Kristen is 21 and always dresses down in jeans and shirt but dude have you seen her all dressed up on red carpet? she’s a killer. and have you seen charlize w/o make up? yeah i will pick kristen over charlize though i crush on them both.

  2. What is sad is that while the Snow White movie looks incredible it wont make as much as it could have had they not cast Kristen Stewart as the lead from Twilight. Fans who hate her are going to associate this with that horrible movie and it might lose the male audience. But then again twilight made alot of money too so maybe that’s what they are going for, who knows ?

    • I would say it would make more with Ms. Kristen Stewart on it. The male audience plus the repeat watcher fan of Twilight would make it a blockbuster. Good move on the Universal Pictures. The trailer indeed look amazing and Ms. Stewart seem perfect for the role.

    • what’s sad is that you love the movie trailer but you are one of the few who hates on a young girl just because she appears on twilight. and the saddest part it yu will end up watching the movie anyway with her on it because you really love the movie.

    • You must have just discovered movies, if you only remember Twilight. Kristen has done more than that. People who know about the Snow White fairytale will go see this to see how close it is. Not just because of the cast. I find this one more interesting to see than mirror mirror.
