One of the most dangerous circumstances to befall teens is the dreaded cold shoulder. Nothing’s worse than being completely blown off at school by someone you annoy on a semi-regular basis with boring stories. Thankfully, Baywatch star David Hasseloff and his super cool popped collar appeared in a PSA to tackle this very serious issue.
