Monday TV Ratings: HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER Dips, CASTLE Down, and THE BLACKLIST Rises

Monday evening’s TV ratings are in.  Here’s a brief look at the highlights:

  • A flashback-heavy episode of How I Met Your Mother notched a 3.1 rating in the 18-49 demo and 8.08 million viewers, dropping 9% from last week’s 3.4 rating.
  • ABC’s Castle matched its season low with a 1.9 rating and 10.09 million viewers, which is down 14% from last week’s 2.2 rating.
  • NBC’s successful new drama series The Blacklist rose 3% from last week’s 2.9 rating to a 3.0 rating and 10.73 million viewers, making it the most watched scripted program of the night.

FOX

  • the-blacklist-general-luddBones was even with last week’s 2.0 rating and scored 7.36 million viewers.
  • Sleepy Hollow notched a 2.5 rating and 6.98 million viewers, which is also even with last week’s performance.

NBC

  • Drama series The Blacklist hit a 3.0 rating and 10.73 million viewers, rising 3% from last week’s 2.9 rating.

CBS

  • How I Met Your Mother garnered a 3.1 rating and 8.08 million viewers, which is down 9% from last week’s 3.4 rating.
  • 2 Broke Girls hit a 2.7 rating and 8.2 million viewers for a rise of 4% from last week’s 2.6 rating.
  • A new episode of Mike & Molly earned a 2.2 rating and 8.56 million viewers, marking a steep drop of 15% from last week’s season premiere 2.6 rating.
  • Mom tied its series low with a 1.9 rating and 6.93 million viewers, down 5% from last week’s 2.0 rating.
  • Hostages also tied its series low with a 1.1 rating and 4.49 million viewers, matching last week’s rating.

ABC

  • Castle earned a 1.9 rating and 10.09 million viewers, dropping 14% from last week’s 2.2 rating and matching its season low.

The CW

  • Over at The CW, Hart of Dixie was even with last week’s 0.4 rating and scored 1.16 million viewers.
  • Beauty and the Beast hit a 0.3 rating and 910,000 viewers, also even with last week’s performance.
