Wednesday TV Ratings: MODERN FAMILY Hits Season Low, CSI Up, ARROW Even

Wednesday evening’s TV ratings are in.  Here’s a brief look at the highlights:

  • ABC comedy Modern Family notched a season low with a 3.1 rating in the 18-49 demo and 8.84 million viewers, which is a drop of half a ratings point from last week’s 3.6 rating.
  • CBS procedural CSI was up sharply from last week’s 1.9 rating, hitting a 2.2 rating and 9.73 million viewers.
  • Finally, The CW’s Arrow was even with last week’s 0.9 rating and scored 2.56 million viewers.

ABC

  • nashville-why-dont-you-love-meThe comedy The Middle hit a season low 1.8 rating and 6.7 million viewers, down two tenths from last week’s 2.0 rating.
  • Modern Family also hit a season low with a 3.1 rating and 8.84 million viewers, dropping half a ratings point from last week’s 3.6 rating.
  • The new comedy How To Live With Your Parents (For the Rest of Your Life) garnered a 2.0 rating and 6 million viewers, down just a tenth from last week’s 2.1 rating.
  • The drama series Nashville scored a 1.6 rating and 5.42 million viewers, which is down a tenth from last week’s 1.7 rating.

NBC

  • Law & Order: SVU hit a 1.9 rating and 6.97 million viewers, which is up four tenths from last week’s 1.5 rating.
  • Chicago Fire garnered a 1.8 rating and 6.89 million viewers, rising a tenth from last week’s 1.7 rating.

CBS

  • A new episode of Criminal Minds earned a 2.5 rating and 9.92 million viewers, which is up a tenth from last week’s 2.4 rating.
  • Also up was CSI, which hit a 2.2 rating and 9.73 million viewers for a rise of three tenths from last week’s 1.9 rating.

The CW

  • Over at The CW, Arrow was even with last week’s 0.9 rating and scored 2.56 million viewers.
  • Supernatural was also even with last week’s performance, hitting a 0.9 rating and 2.11 million viewers.
