Monday TV Ratings: REVOLUTION Hits Season Low, BONES Down, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER Up

Monday’s TV ratings numbers are in.  Here’s a brief look at the highlights:

  • NBC’s new drama series Revolution hit a series low with a 2.6 rating in the 18-49 demo and 7.12 million viewers.  That’s a 7% drop from last week’s 2.8 rating.
  • Fox’s procedural series Bones was also down, hitting a 1.9 rating in the demo and 6.96 million viewers, down 5% from last week’s 2.0 rating.
  • The comedy favorite How I Met Your Mother was up, garnering a 3.0 rating and 7.94 million viewers for a rise of 7% over last week’s 2.8 rating.

NBC 

  • revolution-ties-that-bindThough it’s one of the best-performing new series of the year, Revolution hit a series low this week with a 2.6 rating and 7.12 million viewers.  The episode dropped 7% from last week’s 2.8 rating.

CBS 

  • How I Met Your Mother scored a 3.0 rating and 7.94 million viewers, up 7% from last week’s 2.8 rating.
  • New comedy series Partners, on the other hand, hit a series low with a 1.8 rating and 5.6 million viewers.  That’s down 14% from last week’s 2.1 rating, and I’m starting to wonder how much longer the series will stick around.
  • 2 Broke Girls was, again, the highest rated scripted show of the night with a 3.2 rating and 8.98 million viewers, even with last week’s numbers.
  • The comedy Mike & Molly hit a 3.0 rating and 9.2 million viewers for a rise of 7% over last week’s 2.8 rating.
  • Drama series Hawaii Five-0 was even with last week for a 2.0 rating and 7.74 million viewers.

ABC

  • castle-swan-songABC’s Castle was up 11% over last week’s 1.9 rating with a 2.1 and 10.74 million viewers.

FOX

  • Fox drama series Bones was down with a 1.8 rating and 6.96 million viewers for a drop of 5% from last week’s 2.0 rating.
  • New series The Mob Doctor continues its low performance with a 0.9 rating and 3.14 million viewers, dropping 10% from last week’s 1.0 rating.

The CW

  • Over on The CW, 90210 was up a whopping 50% from last week’s 0.4 rating with a 0.6 and 1.24 million viewers.
  • Gossip Girl was also up with a 0.4 rating and 800,000 viewers for a rise of 33% over last week’s 3.3 rating.
