First Image and Set Photo from RENEE Starring Kat Dennings

The first image and set photo from Nathan Frankowski‘s drama Renee have gone online.  The film is based on the story of a young woman who inspired the religious charity To Write Love on Her Arms.  Kat Dennings plays Renee Yohe and the movie follows the imaginative but tortured life of its eponymous 19-year-old protagonist.

Here’s the official synopsis for Renee:
