Ricky Martin Will Teach Some Spanish on GLEE

Without Gwyneth Paltrow around the halls of William McKinley High School to teach the Glee kids Spanish, something has to be done. And who better to teach the kids then a native speaker of the language. That’s why it’s a bit wacky to hear from TV Line that Ricky Martin is slated to guest star early next year as the new Spanish teacher. You can pretty much be sure that there will be some rendition of “Livin’ La Vida Loca” or “She Bangs” tossed around at some point (otherwise why even bother?) since he’ll be a part of at least two big musical numbers, so children of the late 90′s should have something to look forward to next year. This will be Martin’s biggest acting role to date, far-surpassing his stint on General Hospital at the height of his musical fame in the 90′s
