Last week, Curt Holman of Creative Loafing [Atlanta], Russ Fischer of /Film, and I discussed Clash of the Titans, How to Train Your Dragon, and the quality of 3D in both films.  To quickly summarize, we ragged on Clash like crazy, Curt and I gushed about Dragon (Russ hasn't seen it yet), and how 3D made Clash even worse while Dragon should be viewed in IMAX 3D if at all possible.  Our conversation about How to Train Your Dragon also led us to talking about how studios try to appeal to appeal to both boys and girls with family films.  Specifically, Disney changed the title of Rapunzel to Tangled based off the lackluster box-office of The Princess and the Frog.
