Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds to Reunite for Action-Comedy MOST WANTED

Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds had fantastic chemistry in last year’s romantic comedy The Proposal.  EW.com reports that Universal is trying to recreate that magic by reuniting the two actors for the action comedy Most Wanted.  The studio is currently in negotiations with Proposal director Anne Fletcher to return as well.  EW says “the storyline for the movie revolves around a criminal (Bullock) being escorted to court by a U.S. Marshall (Reynolds). Both are ambushed on the way and are forced to go on the run.”  Isn’t that the plot of The Bounty Hunter?  Because it sounds like the plot of The Bounty Hunter.

This is Bullock’s first role since her Oscar-winning performance in The Blind Side.  However, this is just another project on Reynolds’ already busy schedule.  He’s got Buried coming out in October and is playing the title character in the superhero flick Green Lantern next summer.  He’s also reprising his role as super-anti-hero Deadpool, co-starring with Jason Bateman in the body-switching comedy The Change-Up, and he’s attached to star in the adaptation of the graphic novel R.I.P.D.
