Set Photos of Monica Bellucci and Nicolas Cage in THE SORCERER’S APPRENTICE

     June 16, 2009

Bloomsday must be a bad one for Hollywood publicist as not only have set photos from Ridley Scott’s “Robin Hood” leaked onto the net, but SpoilerTV has now nabbed a couple shots of Monica Bellucci in Jon Turteltaub’s upcoming “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” starring Nicolas Cage and Jay Baruchel.  Bellucci plays Veronica, a former love of Cage’s character, sorcerer Balthazar Blake.

Along with the photo to the right (which you can click to embiggen), we’ve included a photo of Cage cradling Bellucci after the jump.  I don’t know the context of the photo but if I had to guess, I would it’s something like this:

CAGE: You totally can’t tell this hair is fake, right?  I mean, this looks authentic.  If I were bald, folks wouldn’t take me seriously but I have these lovely locks so I’m still a leading man.

BELLUCCI: I’m too physically attractive to deserve this.

Check out the photo after the jump and click here to see the rest of the photos.  “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” is slated to hit theatres on July 16th, 2010.
