Check out Chris Thornley’s Poster for SEVEN PSYCHOPATHS, and Find out How You Can Make Yourself the 7th Psychopath

Next week, Martin McDonagh‘s Seven Psychopaths hits theaters.  The film centers on a screenwriter (Colin Farrell) suffering writer’s block, who then gets drawn into the mayhem created by his two dog-napping friends (Sam Rockwell and Christopher Walken) after they kidnap a shih tzu belonging to a psychotic gangster (Woody Harrelson).  CBS Films is premiering special posters for the film, and we’re proud to debut Chris Thornley‘s art for Harrelson’s character.  The studio is also asking fans to create a new poster, and CBS Films wants you as the psychopath.

Based in the UK, Chris’ work has appeared in exhibition across the globe in both solo and group shows. His work has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, Semi Permanent Book, MacUser, Computer Arts and Digital Arts. He has won numerous awards including the Lancashire award for creativity, Adobe creativity award – character design, AOI Images 33 – Silver award and 3×3 – Distinguished Merit.

If you want to create the seventh and final poster, then you need to become the seventh psychopath by casting yourself as a character in the film.  Upload your original work of art to the film’s official Facebook page, and the winning artwork will be posted and featured.

Written and Directed by Oscar®-winner Martin McDonagh, the comedy Seven Psychopaths follows a struggling screenwriter (Colin Farrell) who inadvertently becomes entangled in the Los Angeles criminal underworld after his oddball friends (Christopher Walken and Sam Rockwell) kidnap a gangster’s (Woody Harrelson) beloved Shih Tzu.  Co-starring Abbie Cornish, Tom Waits, Olga Kurylenko and Zeljko Ivanek.
