The first theatrical trailer for Silent Hill: Revelation 3D has been released.  The film is a sequel to 2006’s Silent Hill, and centers on a daughter and father who are on the run from dangerous forces that remain unknown to the young girl.  When her father goes missing, the young girl (Adelaide Clemens) must set out to discover what happened.  I’m not familiar with the video game series or the first film, but Game of Thrones fans might get a kick out of seeing Sean Bean and a clean-shaven Kit Harington.  The pic also looks to have some interesting creature design, and it’s obvious from the footage that the 3D will be put to heavy use.Hit the jump to watch the trailer, and if you missed it you can watch the first clip from the film right here.  The pic also stars Carrie-Anne Moss, Malcolm McDowell, Radha Mitchell, Deborah Kara Unger, and Martin Donovan.  Silent Hill: Revelation 3D opens on October 26th, 2012.Click over to Yahoo! to watch in HD.Here’s the synopsis for Silent Hill: Revelation 3D:
