Actor and writer Simon Pegg  has a new memoir coming out called Nerd Do Well and he shot a brief video introduction to promote it.  In the video, Pegg promises adventure, fun, love, a little bit of sex (not much), farting teachers, dead hedgehogs, and all done in a very "non-up-yourself kind-of-way".  How have you not already pre-ordered a copy?
