Radius-TWC has released a new Snowpiercer trailer.  Directed by Bong Joon-ho (The Host), the story is set in a new ice age caused by a failed experiment to stop global warming that killed virtually all life on the planet.  The sole survivors live on a train called Snowpiercer—powered by a perpetual machine—who struggle with the class system implemented on the train.  The movie looks terrific and worth the wait since it was released in South Korea last August.  Bong has apparently managed to pull off a strong mix of sci-fi, action, and social commentary, and I'm excited to see how it all comes together.

Here’s the official synopsis for Snowpiercer:

In this sci-fi epic from director Bong Joon-Ho (The Host, Mother), a failed global-warming experiment kills off most life on the planet.  The final survivors board the SNOWPIERCER, a train that travels around the globe via a perpetual-motion engine. When cryptic messages incite the passengers to revolt, the train thrusts full-throttle towards disaster.
