Sony Pictures and MGM today released a new video blog from the set of director Sam Mendes’ new Bond film Spectre, as well as a pair of new images. The story finds Daniel Craig’s Bond receiving a cryptic message from his past that sends him on a journey to uncover a sinister organization, while M (Ralph Fiennes) battles political forces to keep the secret service alive.

This video blog reveals that the chase is between Mr. Hinx (Dave Bautista) driving a Jaguar and James Bond driving his signature Aston Martin.  It also goes in depth on the design of the cars, and it's interesting because I too recently purchases eight Aston Martins.  So alike, Spectre production and I.

Speaking about the scene, Mendes says, “I love the idea of this fantastic car being in a one-on-one battle with another incredible car from Jaguar, which is similarly extraordinary actually. So it’s a cat-and-mouse game through the night time streets of Rome, at great speed, between two of the fastest cars in the world.”

Check out the video blog and new images below, via 007.com. The film also stars Christoph Waltz, Monica Belluci, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw, David Bautista, Lea Seydoux, and Stephanie Sigman. Spectre opens in traditional theaters and IMAX on November 6th.
