A year from today, Spider-Man: Homecoming will be hitting theaters, assuming everything goes according to plan with the current shoot. It's a fact that was not lost on Tom Holland, the star of the film who has already shown major chops in the role of Peter Parker, AKA Spidey, thanks to an extended cameo in this summer's quite good Captain America: Civil War. In honor of being 365 days out from the release of Jon Watts' insanely anticipated reboot of the Spider Man franchise, Holland took a selfie of himself in costume, high up on a platform on the set of the film, showing off not only the familiar suit but a similarly memorable part of Spidey's aresenal: his web shooters. You can take a look at the selfie below.

Of course, this is hardly the only tidbit of information about Watts' film, the proper follow-up to his promising breakout Cop Car, that has arrived over the last two weeks or so. Earlier this week, it was announced that Angourie Rice, the scene-stealing young actress from Shane Black's delightful The Nice Guys, has joined the cast of the film in an undisclosed role. The talented actress was just the latest in a long line of talented performers who have been added to the film's cast, with Fargo Season 2's Bokeem Woodbine joining up last week to reportedly play one of three villains in the movie, alongside Michael Keaton and The Invitation star Logan Marshall-Green.

And mind you, that's not even touching on the additions of Donald GloverBroad City standout Hannibal Buress, Beasts of No Nation star Abraham Attah, Silicon Valley's Martin Starr, The Grand Budapest Hotel's Tony Revolori, Zendaya, and Michael Barbieri, who is a force of nature in Ira Sachs' upcoming Little Men. If nothing else, Spider-Man: Homecoming is shaping up to be one of the most promising ensemble pictures of 2017.
