Yesterday, we showed you a blurry photo of Spider-Man running down the street.  Not surprisingly, there was more than one bystander taking photos and shooting video of the wall-crawler not crawling walls.  Citizen reporters managed to catch Spidey doing some pretty sweet stunt work.  It looks like this scene in the movie comes when Spider-Man has his powers, but hasn’t built his web-shooters.  Clearly, having to run from the cops (or perhaps chase the bad guy that shot Uncle Ben, presuming they haven’t changed Spidey’s comic-book origin) isn’t as effective (or fun) as swinging between buildings.

Hit the jump to check out the new set photos as well as handheld video of the filming.  Marc Webb’s untitled 3D Spider-Man reboot is set for release on July 3, 2012.

Still looks cool, maybe since they are going the webshooter route with this Spider-man he simply ran out of web fluid and has to run away! That’d be good, a little more perilous situation for web head than simply swinging away

I am just glad to see some practical effects and not a CGI green screen. I am sure this movie will have plenty of CGI moments though..

Looks really fing cool. I’m looking forward to this movie and I hope it has a lot less CGI obvious moments then its predecessor.

Don’t really like the new suit, stick with the old one.
