May your ban/block hammer be swift and your mute finger be mighty, because Star Wars: The Force Awakens reviews, and the spoilers that come with them, are incoming. Disney and Lucasfilm will publicly screen the film for the first time at the world premiere next Monday, December 14th, at somewhere around 6:30 PST (screenings are never, ever on time, especially ones with red carpets), which means about two hours and fifteen minutes later, a whole bunch of actors, directors, writers, producers, journalists, and all their plus-ones will spill out into the world with their hair full of Star Wars secrets. And that's the before they screen the film for critics nationwide the following day.

Now, of course Disney has an embargo in place to help preserve the surprises and cinematic experience of seeing The Force Awakens for audiences worldwide who want to go in unspoiled. And indeed, the embargo specifically requests that critics refrain from detailing spoilers or plot details in their reviews and coverage.

As for the details, you can expect those first reviews for Star Wars: The Force Awakens to land online Wednesday, December 16h at 12:01 AM PST, two full days ahead of the film's wide theatrical release. After that, it's open season, and while we'll most certainly remain spoiler-free here on Collider, it would be wise to consider instituting the mute function or taking it easy on the social media if you want to go in free and clear.
