While we’re all crazy excited to see the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer, it’s not the only Star Wars-related ad that’s come around. Next month, EA will release Star Wars: Battlefront, a massive online FPS that puts players on the ground and in the air of the series’ biggest battles. You can play as a lowly foot-soldier all the way up to Darth Vader. I played a bit of the game’s open beta, and I can see how it can be a lot of fun as long as they keep the gameplay balanced. While the movies have to focus on individual characters playing pivotal roles in the larger conflict, Battlefront feels like it’s really putting the “war” in Star Wars (this could also be from the fact that I die a lot in these type of games).

EA has released a new Star Wars: Battlefront trailer, and it’s fantastic. It pushes all of the right emotional buttons, and it doesn’t need any actual gameplay to do it because it has the core concept—you’ve always wanted to play in this world with your friends, and now you can. May the Force be with you.

Check out the Star Wars: Battlefront trailer below. The game will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on November 17th.
