The more we can disassociate Star Wars from the prequel trilogy, the better. The best way to do that is that our parodies should only acknowledge the original trilogy (and the real original trilogy; none of that special edition bullshit).
The more you watch Parks and Recreation on NBC, the better because it’s one of the funniest shows on TV right now. After the jump is a parody of the opening of Parks using Star Wars. The video is only 22 seconds, but it’s a kind of stupid-weird humor that makes me giggle so I’m posting it.
Parks and Recreation airs Thursday nights at 8:30/7:30c on NBC.
