The streaming service landscape has become very crowded in the past few years. While Netflix is still king of the hill in the subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) arena, more and more players are coming up to either challenge the streaming giant or carve out their own niches, not to mention competitors on the horizon like Disney and Apple. With so many streaming options available, it can be a bit daunting deciding which ones to choose. But fret not. We're here to help.

Below you'll find a list of streaming services. We've only included services that require some kind of subscription payment with the exception of Crackle, which is ad-supported, and Kanopy, which just requires a library card. Obviously, there's an overwhelming amount of streaming material, and that's before you get to rental services like Vudu, Redbox, etc. What we've got here is where there's a flat price and you get unlimited streaming based on what's available on a certain platform. We've noted the price, what tech the service runs on, and how the websites describe the service.

So if you're deciding on how to spend your monthly streaming budget, take a look at the services below and see if any are right for you. If we've left any off, please sound off in the comments section and we'll add them to the list, which we'll continue to update as new streaming providers come on the scene.
