Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment are primed to take over San Diego Comic-Con in a big way with a huge Suicide Squad. The hugely anticipated film will reportedly have a "major presence" at this year's event, including appearances from the cast, fan contests, and a recreation of the Skwad's home away from home, the Belle Reve Penitentiary.

While the deets on who will appear for Suicide Squad's Hall H presentation are still locked away at the moment, THR reports that in addition to the panel, the cast will participate in a fan signing at the DC Entertainment booth on the convention floor, as well as participate in a special taping of Conan on Saturday, July 23rd, which will broadcast later that evening.

The Suicide Squad madness is also set to take over the con at large, with a recreation of the Belle Reve Penitentiary, the fictional prison where the Squad hangs their hats, at the Gaslamp District's Hard Rock Hotel. You probably could have guessed, but there will be another Harley Quinn tattoo parlor for those worrisome individuals who want a lifetime commitment to a movie they haven't seen yet. There will also be a virtual reality experience where fans can fight alongside the Squad in a scene from the movie.

Finally, DC has launched a fan contest called Squad Up!, which will award 11 cosplayers -- one of each member of the team (and The Joker, obvi) -- with all-expenses paid trip to the Con. If you do a mean Captain Boomerang, now's the time to break it out. However, if you're not a cosplayer and still want to make it to SDCC, be sure to enter Collider's own Comic-Con contest.
