The 2016 SXSW Film Festival is shaping up to be an incredibly fun affair, as it always is. We already knew that things were off to a strong start with Richard Linklater’s Everybody Wants Some as the opening night film, but now the festival has unveiled more of its lineup, adding the world premieres of Ti West’s Western In a Valley of Violence, Mike Birbiglia’s Don’t Think Twice starring Keegan-Michael Key, Sophie Goodhart’s comedy My Blind Brother starring Adam Scott and Nick Kroll, Kasra Farahani’s The Waiting starring James Caan, and more.

The festival will also play host to the U.S. premiere of Wild and Dallas Buyers Club director Jean-Marc Vallee’s drama/dark comedy Demolition starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Naomi Watts, which I caught at TIFF and was really not crazy about. Don Cheadle’s Miles Davis biopic Miles Ahead and Jeff Nichols’ sci-fi film Midnight Special will also screen at the Austin festival.
