TV ratings for Monday, May 19th are in.  Here’s a brief rundown:

  • Fox’s 24: Live Another Day dropped three tenths from last week to a 1.7 rating in the 18-49 demo and scored 5.72 million viewers.  The Bones season finale was also down, dropping a tenth to a 1.6 rating and garnering 5.94 million viewers, which marks a drop of 24% from last year’s finale.
  • The NBC premiere of the new variety show The Maya Rudolph Show was solid, hitting a 2.2 rating in the demo and notched 7.23 million viewers.
  • Over on CBS, the now-cancelled Friends with Better Lives was even with last week’s 1.6 rating and scored 5.14 million viewers, while the season finale of Mike & Molly was down a tenth to a 1.9 rating and 7.02 million viewers.

TV ratings are in for Monday, May 12th.  Here’s a brief rundown:

  • The bloody—if somewhat disappointing—first season finale of NBC’s The Blacklist was down 4% with a 2.6 rating in the 18-49 demo and scoring 10.5 million viewers.
  • Over on Fox, the second installment of 24: Live Another Day fell 23% from last week’s premiere, notching a 2.0 rating and garnering 6.44 million viewers.  Elsewhere on the network, Bones was up 7% with a 1.6 rating and 6.26 million viewers.
  • The season finale of ABC’s Castle was up 25% with a 2.0 rating and 10.36 million viewers.
  • CBS’ now-cancelled Friends with Better Lives dropped 6% to a 1.5 rating and 4.87 million viewers, while Mike & Molly rose 18% to a 2.0 rating and 6.96 million viewers.
  • Over on The CW, the cancelled Star-Crossed was up 33% to a 0.4 rating and 1.17 million viewers.

  • Fox’s season finale of The Following ticked up 7% from last week’s series low to a 1.5 rating in the 18-49 demo and scored 4.78 million viewers.
  • Over on NBC, The Blacklist ticked down 4% to a 2.7 rating and garnered 10.87 million viewers.
  • ABC’s Castle rose 9% to a 1.9 rating and 10.12 million viewers.
  • CBS’ 2 Broke Girls rose 5% to a 2.2 rating and 7.78 million viewers, Friends with Better Lives was up 12% to a 1.9 rating and 6.22 million viewers, and Mike & Molly rose 16% to a 2.2 rating and 7.55 million viewers.

TV ratings for Monday, April 21st are in.  Here’s a brief rundown:

  • The Blacklist returned from a brief hiatus with a revealing episode that hit a 2.8 rating in the 18-49 demo and scored 11.19 million viewers, which is even with its last episode’s performance.  It topped the night in scripted programming.
  • ABC’s Castle also returned even with a 1.8 rating and 9.63 million viewers.
  • CBS’ Monday lineup continues to dip without its How I Met Your Mother lead-in, as 2 Broke Girls dropped two tenths to a series low 2.1 rating and 7.03 million viewers, Friends with Better Lives dipped a tenth to a 1.7 rating and 5.38 million viewers, and Mike & Molly was down two tenths to a 1.9 rating and 7.29 million viewers.

  • In its first Monday without How I Met Your Mother, CBS didn’t suffer too big a drop.  2 Broke Girls dipped 4% to a 2.2 rating in the 18-49 demo and scored 7.21 million viewers, Friends with Better Lives was down 31% to a 1.8 rating and 5.72 million viewers, Mike & Molly rose 5% to a 2.1 rating and scored 7.43 million viewers, and the season finale of Mom dropped 14% to a 1.9 rating and 6.73 million viewers.
  • Over on Fox, Bones was down 13% to a 1.4 rating and 5.69 million viewers, while The Following was even with last week’s series low 1.4 rating and garnered 4.39 million viewers.

  • CBS’ How I Met Your Mother saw a surge in viewership for its penultimate episode, scoring a 3.4 rating in the 18-49 demo and 9.06 million viewers for a rise of half a ratings point.  Elsewhere at the network, 2 Broke Girls was up a tenth to a 2.3 rating and 7.33 million viewers, Mike & Molly rose two tenths to a 2.0 rating and 7.81 million viewers, Mom ticked up one tenth to a 1.9 rating and 7.36 million viewers, and Intelligence rose one tenth to a 1.2 rating and 4.96 million viewers.

  • The antepenultimate episode of CBS’ How I Met Your Mother rose 7% to a 2.9 rating in the 18-49 demo and scored 7.88 million viewers.  Meanwhile, 2 Broke Girls dropped 19% to a series low 2.1 rating and scored 7.10 million viewers, Mike & Molly matched last week’s series low 1.8 rating and 7.59 million viewers, Mom dropped 10% to a series low 1.8 rating and 7.05 million viewers, and Intelligence was down 15% to a series low-tying 1.1 rating and 5.27 million viewers.  No matter, all of the Monday sitcoms have already been renewed.
  • NBC’s The Blacklist ticked up one tenth to a 2.8 rating and scored 11.12 million viewers.

TV ratings for Monday, March 10th, are in.  Here’s a brief rundown:

  • The series premiere of NBC’s new drama Believe, with a pilot directed by Alfonso Cuaron, garnered a 2.7 rating in the 18-49 demo and scored 10.7 million viewers.  This marks the lowest-rated Monday drama debut in the post-The Voice timeslot.
  • CBS’s How I Met Your Mother suffered a ratings drop of half a point with a 2.7 rating and 7.7 million viewers.  Mike & Molly hit a series low 1.8 rating and scored 7.67 million viewers for a drop of four tenths, and Intelligence ticked up a tenth to a 1.3 rating and 6.53 million viewers.

  • Last night’s episode of How I Met Your Mother (which was back to being frustratingly dull after last week’s excellent installment) dropped 13% to a 3.3 rating in the 18-49 demo and scored 9.26 million viewers.  Elsewhere on CBS, 2 Broke Girls was even with a 3.0 rating and 9.2 million viewers, Mike & Molly was flat with a 2.6 rating and 10.18 million viewers, Mom dipped 4% to a 2.3 rating and 9 million viewers, and Intelligence was even with a 1.5 rating and 7.5 million viewers.

  • The 200th episode of How I Met Your Mother scored a season high 3.8 rating in the 18-49 demo and 10.67 million viewers, rising seven tenths from last week’s 3.1 rating.
  • Over on NBC, The Blacklist ticked up two tenths from last week’s series low to a 2.5 rating and scored 9.97 million viewers.

  • Without The Voice as its lead-in, The Blacklist returned to a 2.5 rating in the 18-49 demo and 9.11 million viewers, which is its lowest rating and smallest audience ever and down seven tenths from its last episode’s 3.2 rating.
  • The new drama series Intelligence dropped massively from its series premiere 2.4 rating to a paltry 1.1 rating and 6.11 million viewers (read Allison’s recap here).  Elsewhere on CBS, an excruciatingly unfunny How I Met Your Mother hit a 3.0 rating and 8.57 million viewers for a rise of three tenths, 2 Broke Girls rose four tenths to a 2.7 rating and 8.93 million viewers, Mike & Molly hit a 2.4 rating and 9.74 million viewers for a two tenths rise, and Mom was up two tenths to a 2.1 rating and 8.46 million viewers.
  • Over on Fox, Almost Human garnered a 2.0 rating and 6.77 million viewers for a rise of two tenths and Sleepy Hollow returned to a 2.2 rating and 6.39 million viewers, matching its last episode’s performance.

Monday evening’s TV ratings are in.  Here’s a brief look at the highlights:

  • A swell episode of NBC’s The Blacklist written and directed by Joe Carnahan notched a 3.0 rating in the 18-49 demo and 10.83 million viewers, which is even with its most recent episode.
  • Fox’s Almost Human, which is undoubtedly one of the most entertaining new shows of the season, hit a 1.9 rating and 6.56 million viewers, unfortunately slipping 17% from last week’s 2.3 rating.  Read Dave’s recap of the episode here.
  • Also down on Fox was Sleepy Hollow, which earned a series low 2.2 rating and 5.82 million viewers.  That’s down 12% from last week’s 2.5 rating.
