After finding success with prior Star Wars spoofs in 2007 and 2008 (including four Emmy nominations), Robot Chicken creators Seth Green and Matthew Senreich are heading back to the well for Robot Chicken: Star Wars Episode III. The new special — set to air December 12th on Adult Swim — will feature a slew of voices new to the specials, most notably Zac Efron as Anakin Skywalker. In terms of Star Wars personnel, Anthony Daniels (C-3PO) will join prior Robot collaborators Billy Dee Williams (Lando Calrissian) and Amed Best (Jar Jar Binks). Donald Glover (Community) and Mike Henry (Family Guy) will likewise make their RC:SW debuts. Hit the jump for comments from the creators.
