Even if it's lacking in every other discernible category, director John Luessenhop's (Takers) The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D shouldn't have any shortage of attractive female leads. Less than a week removed from making Alexandra Daddario (Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief) the first official member of its cast, the pic is now adding Lost's Tania Raymonde as well. Deadline reports that Raymonde will play the role of Nikki, a spunky small-town girl who is best friends with Daddario's character, Heather.Adam Marcus and Debra Sullivan co-wrote the film which takes place following the events of Tobe Hooper's 1974 original. Production on Chainsaw 3D is set to begin in Louisiana later this month. Nu Image and Lionsgate will release the pic on October 5th, 2012. In addition to her work on Lost and now Chainsaw 3D, Raymonde also stars in MTV's upcoming horror/comedy series Death Valley which is scheduled to premiere on August 29th.
