I don’t even know where to begin with this first clip from Jonathan Liebesman’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles because there are actually quite a few elements worth highlighting.  First off, it delivers a solid laugh courtesy of a mid-chase Turtles beatbox session, then they run right into Shredder and after that, we finally hear one of our heroes shout an iconic Turtles catchphrase.  It’s pretty satisfying for less than two minutes of material.

You can catch the Turtles in action in the clip after the jump and, in case you missed it, we’ve also got some set visit coverage up and running including a main report and an interview with Megan Fox and Will Arnett as well as a bunch of brand new stills from the film.  Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arrives in theaters on Friday, August 8th and also stars William Fichtner, Johnny Knoxville and Tony Shalhoub.

Here’s the official synopsis for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles:

The city needs heroes. Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brother rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April and her wise-cracking cameraman Vern Fenwick to save the city and unravel Shredder’s diabolical plan.
