Yep, yet another TV spot for The Dark Knight Rises has gone online (this makes #9 I believe). This latest spot actually features a lot of really cool bits, including a nice shot of the Batpod, some great quick shots of a fighting Bane & Bats, explosions, snow, and of course Mr. Hines Ward oblivious to an exploding football field. The spot also directly targets die-hard Batfans with the moniker “On July 20th The Wait Is Over.”
Hit the jump to watch the TV spot. The film stars Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Marion Cotillard. The Dark Knight Rises opens on July 20th.
And if you missed it, WB is offering fans the ability to create their own Dark Knight Rises TV spot and Nolan will pick the winner. They might even air it on TV. Click here for more details.

JUST TAKE MY MONEY ALREADY DAMNIT!!!
I am so sick of the Hines Ward shot. It’s not intense at all, but they show it in every bit of footage. They are so proud of it but it does nothing, it may be even a bit repelling.
Disagree. I think it looks fantastic.
TV spots aren’t meant to show new footage all the time. How about you get over it? If you can’t handle a couple seconds of the same footage, do everyone a favor and punch yourself in the face for that brief moment.
Best one yet! Last one I’m going to watch too – honest!
Yeah right. You’ll watch all of them, saying “last one…” after each one. I should know, I’m right there with you.
Give me it. Give me it now
Meh.
Awesome! yet i believe the film will have a lot more surprises in store. I think this will be best of all 3. weve hardly seen anything of catwoman so far.
I can’t wait for this movie to be out and over with then all the fan boys will shut up……….but of course WB will only reboot it again with a new cast and story but will the fanboys still be supportive hhhhhhhhhhahahahahahaha.
That might just be the single greatest television spot I’ve seen in my life, one word…WOW!!!
Wow at the batpod shot! Just realized this movie has the best of all 3 generations of awesome bat tech at their best. There r the tumblers going rogue, a batpod ridden by both bats and catwoman, and of coz the insect like batwing doing barrel rolls and ejectin out of the batcave!
Bane’s looking pretty beefy in these shots.
Jumping Batpod.
