Last year, when director Patrick Hughes’ The Expendables 3 was filming in Bulgaria, I got to visit the set with a few other online reporters.  While I’ve been able to visit a number of movie sets while running Collider, I’ve never been to a set with so many physically intimidating stars.  As most of you know, the next installment has Sylvester Stallone’s Barney Ross and his Expendables crew squaring off against Ross’ old partner Conrad Stonebanks, played by Mel Gibson.  Returning for the sequel are Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, Terry Crews and Arnold Schwarzenegger, with Wesley Snipes, Antonio Banderas, and Harrison Ford joining the cast along with Kellan Lutz, Glen Powell, MMA star Ronda Rousey, welterweight boxing champion Victor Ortiz.

With the film getting released on August 15th, Lionsgate is about to start ramping up the promotion by releasing a new roll call in the coming days and in two weeks they’re going to lift my set visit embargo, so you can expect some great interviews with the cast.  But until then, I’m really happy to be able to offer up four exclusive character posters featuring Harrison Ford, Terry Crews, Jet Li, and Glen Powell.  Hit the jump to check them out.

While we’re premiering the posters for some of the cast, our friends at JoBlo, Coming Soon and IGN are premiering the others.  So click over to those sites to see the rest of them.
