On the CW's The Flash, Tom Cavanagh's character Harrison Wells has been a question mark for fans of the comics. The Flash always has a Reverse Flash (or Reverse-Flash, but I'm just taking the CW's lead here) as a nemesis, but which one of those is Wells? He seems to be combination of several comic characters (for a look at who they are, check out our piece on Reverse Flash's origins), but what is not in question is that he is a Reverse-Flash.

The CW has released the first official image of Cavanagh as Reverse Flash, all suited up and ready to time travel (or at least, move really fast). As far as whether he's on Barry's (Grant Gustin) side or not is unclear, but the last episode before this most recent hiatus suggests that the CW is introducing both Wells and Barry as time travelers, so expect plenty of murkiness on the subject.

As for the suit itself, it seems in line with what we've seen of it on the show, plus the overall look of Barry's Flash suit, as well as that of The Atom (Brandon Routh). Still, I wish they would spare a little of this costume budget on Oliver's (Stephen Amell) flashback wigs over on Arrow. I mean, seriously you guys.

The Reverse Flash will make his debut when The Flash returns Tuesday, March 17th at 8 p.m. on the CW. And in April, the show will also have a special presentation at WonderCon.
