First Official Synopsis for THE HANGOVER 2

by Steve 'Frosty' Weintraub    Posted:November 23rd, 2010 at 4:04 pm

Just a few minutes ago we posted the first official images from tons of upcoming Warner Bros. movies like Sherlock Holmes Part II, Hall Pass, Horrible Bosses, and many others.  However, buried in the WB 2011 preview kit was the first official synopsis for The Hangover Part II.  While we already knew the gang was going to Thailand, we didn’t know the reason why:

In the follow-up to the record-breaking hit comedy “The Hangover,” Phil (Bradley Cooper), Stu (Ed Helms), Alan (Zach Galifianakis) and Doug (Justin Bartha) travel to exotic Thailand for Stu’s wedding. After the unforgettable bachelor party in Las Vegas, Stu is taking no chances and has opted for a safe, subdued pre-wedding brunch. However, things don’t always go as planned. What happens in Vegas may stay in Vegas, but what happens in Bangkok can’t even be imagined.

Needless to say, I can’t wait to see this next May.  Click here for the first images.  The Hangover 2 stars Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis, Jeffrey Tambor, Mike Tyson, Justin Bartha, and Ken Jeong.

Sounds promising and probably means Heather Graham will have a larger part this time.

But how do you plan to have a safe wedding if you’re having it in THAILAND?!

Consider me skeptical. How many sequels to comedies are actually good? Besides “Son of the Mask,” of course. What are the odds that there will be a joke in regards to the city of Bangkok? If you’ve assessed the odds as “certain,” you win!

Are you serious? The son of the mask was absolutely retarted i hated that movie it was no where even close to as good as the mask. And when you have a cast like this one that was hillarious in the first one i think it’s safe to assume they can bring the magic back in the sequel.
But really the Son of the Mask, come on.

didnt like the first one thought it was stupid and lowbrow. This looks to be the same. Most overrated movie ever. Have we really fallen this far since caddyshack?

Big accident happened yester involving car stunt in the suburb of bangkok ( Pratumtanee ). Two car crash into each others at 120km per hour in the stunt guy in between. Right now the stunt guy is in a coma at Bangkok hospital. Today 17Dec2010 production stop to reveal the safty.

Yeah, I think Heather Graham would have been better than Jamie Chung… I really like Heather In the first movie. But I’m not quite sure how this will own up to the first movie, frankly I don’t think it will. But i guess we won’t know untill it comes out.
