On this fine Comic-Con Eve, images and breakdowns of some action figures from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey have landed online.  Miniature versions of Bilbo, Gandalf, and Thorin Oakenshield have been crafted to tie-in to the film, and a limited transparent Bilbo figure will be available only at Comic-Con later this week.  Though these lack the detail found in more high-end collectibles, this set of figures from The Hobbit should be suitable for burgenoning Tolkein fans between the ages of 4 and 12.

Hit the jump to check out images of the action figures, along with info.  The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey opens on December 14th, 2012.
