Two new images from director Francis Lawrence’s The Hunger Games: Catching Fire feature the Everdeen sisters, Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) and Primrose (Willow Shields).  If things had gone differently in the events of the original film, we could easily have been watching Prim attempt to survive the games instead of her older sister.  We’ll find out what’s in store for the sisters when the sequel opens later this year.

Here’s the official synopsis for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire:

THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a “Victor’s Tour” of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) – a competition that could change Panem forever.

Josh, would you kindly tell everyone why it was a horrible adaptation instead of mocking what I wrote? People like you never come up with legit reasons as to why it’s bad.

    Dear Collider,

Please crack down on the absolutely ridiculous amount of spam that happens in both the Facebook and regular comment sections.

I love the site, but it shouldn’t be hard to simply delete/block all of these fucking dumb ads.
