You thought fighting for your life in the Hunger Games was bad? In The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1, Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) has to keep herself and her loved ones alive in the midst of a civil war. No more Capitol issued arena uniforms this time around. Katniss will be rocking body armor and a brand new bow in the franchise’s third installment and you can see it all on the cover of the December issue of Empire Magazine.
The new edition doesn’t hit stores until Thursday, October 30th, but Empire just unveiled two versions of the The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 cover. Hit the jump to check them out. The novel on which the film is based is the third in a trilogy written by Suzanne Collins that has over 65 million copies in print in the U.S. alone.
