Yahoo has posted a video featurette on Peter Jackson's "The Lovely Bones" and you can watch it after the jump. If you saw the trailer the other day, the featurette contains a lot of the same footage, but you get to hear Mark Wahlberg, Rachel Weisz and Peter Jackson talk about why they wanted to make the film.

With "The Lovely Bones" getting released this December, I'm quite surprised Paramount is already releasing this kind of featurette. But I guess you can't start the promotional machine too early. Especially if your film is a contender for end of the year awards like this one. Anyway, watch the clip after the jump:
