Two days ago The Making of Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back

was released and while I debated buying the book as I don't want to give George Lucas anymore of my money, I'll admit I'm probably going to order the book when I'm done writing this article.  The reason I changed my mind?  The picture of Mark Hamil at the end of The Emprie Strikes Back.  I've never seen a behind the scenes image from when that scene was being filmed and had no idea he was above a bunch of mattresses and about 30 feet off the ground.  I have to say…it's pretty cool.  Along with that image, you can check out how they filmed the opening crawl, Harrison Ford sitting behind an X-wing, and a lot more.  Hit the jump:
