We haven't talked about Brian A. Miller's action-thriller The Prince since Bruce Willis was cast nearly a year ago, but that changes today since the first trailer has been released.  If I told you that the plot is similar to that of the Liam Neeson-starring franchise Taken, you might imagine that Willis steps into Neeson's skilled shoes.  You'd be wrong, since Willis is actually the taker in this version, while Jason Patric is the father tasked with rescuing his kidnapped daughter.  Good thing Patric has his buddy, played by John Cusack, along to help him out in the film that proudly shows off its New Orleans' setting.

Also starring Jessica Lowndes, Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, and Rain, The Prince opens in select theaters and OnDemand August 22nd.  Hit the jump to watch the first trailer, which may just give away the end of the movie for some reason.
