The Hunger Games: Catching Fire was one of the biggest panels of Comic-Con 2013, but Lionsgate has decided to forego much of the convention this year. Instead, they’ve released a The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 Comic-Con poster along with their odd promotion to let fans see the new trailer on a Galaxy Tab S. This Comic-Con poster isn’t anything special in part because it’s confusing. The Capitol is supposed to stand for carefully designed order, but artist WK Interact just threw together a mishmash of authoritarian imagery like a barcode on a granite wall, and then plastered on the “Mockingjay” emblem as if some citizen was rebelling against a piece of street art.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 opens in theaters on November 21st.
