Focus Features just unveiled some brand new promotional material for The Theory of Everything, paving the way to the film’s limited release on November 7th.  The clip is a bit on the schmaltzy side, but Adam’s predicating that both Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones could score some Oscar nods, so I’m going to take his word for it and assume that both will do big things with the material in the full feature.

In addition, we’ve also got a brand new featurette for the film in which Redmayne and Jones discuss Stephen Hawking and Jane Wilde’s loving relationship.  Hit the jump to check that out as well as the new The Theory of Everything clip.  The film also stars Charlie CoxEmily Watson and David Thewlis.

Here’s the synopsis for The Theory of Everything:

Starring Eddie Redmayne ("Les Misérables") and Felicity Jones ("The Amazing Spider-Man 2"), this is the extraordinary story of one of the world's greatest living minds, the renowned astrophysicist Stephen Hawking, who falls deeply in love with fellow Cambridge student Jane Wilde. Once a healthy, active young man, Hawking received an earth-shattering diagnosis at 21 years of age. With Jane fighting tirelessly by his side, Stephen embarks on his most ambitious scientific work, studying the very thing he now has precious little of - time. Together, they defy impossible odds, breaking new ground in medicine and science, and achieving more than they could ever have dreamed. The film is based on the memoir Travelling to Infinity: My Life with Stephen, and is directed by Academy Award winner James Marsh ("Man on Wire").
