The Walking Dead recap show is back on Collider Video with hosts John Rocha, Kaori Takee, Quinn Marie and Josh Macuga. It’s episode 12 from season 6, "Not Tomorrow Yet", which means that the impending tomorrow is the face-off/war with Rick and Negan. In reality this episode should be called, ‘Why Are Dingleberries Brown? Cause That’s The Way Sh*t Is.’

Carol is back to baking and it’s apparent that her ability to turn acorns and beets into something as tasty as Girl Scout cookies proves to be her penance in Alexandria whether she cares to admit it or not. Are the cookies a foreshadowing to something or just a metaphor because everyone in towns seems to be sexually adventurous?

Rick brings the entire crew together to let them know they only have one option and that option is killing everyone in Negan’s crew. Now all they have to do is invade the town, take out guards, an entire army of maniacs all without conflict. Sounds easy enough (insert Morgan doubting the idea of killing everyone and sounding like a pacifist in an angry world).

The tension within the group is palpable as they await the battle ahead. There are too many secrets and dissension within the group and Negan could be what ultimately brings them down. In the moment when they all need to be on the same page, some of them aren’t even reading the same book.

The invasion of Negan’s compound AKA the local news station starts like Zero Dark Thirty and then gets really dark, when Rick and Glenn straight up murder people in their sleep. Does it make them worse than Negan or just better, blurring the lines between killing and having to eat? And then, the alarm goes off and the killing really starts. Everyone in this moment finally realizes they have to kill.

The raid seems to be a complete success, but then, as usual just when the sun seems to rise, a rain cloud comes in and ruins the picnic. Carol!? Maggie?! NO!
