For his first regular stint on television, Jason Patric (The Losers) will join the HBO comedy Tilda, which centers around a “a powerful female online Hollywood journalist with a no-holds-barred style.”  According to Deadline, Patric will play Tilda’s nemesis Andrew Brown, the head of a media empire the blogger is trying to expose.

Diane Keaton and Ellen Page signed on to headline a cast that also includes Wes Bentley, David Harbour and Leland Orser; Tilda was developed by Bill Condon (Dreamgirls) and Cynthia Mort (Tell Me You Love Me).  This represents a return to HBO for Patric, who played a version of himself in season five of Entourage as Vince's co-star on the failed firefighter flick Smokejumpers.
