Tobey Maguire will re-team with director Gary Ross for a third time to star in "The Crusaders". Maguire and Ross seem to enjoy teaming up for cinematic feel-goodery, first with "Pleasantville", then will "Seabiscuit" and now with "The Crusaders", a story about the landmark Supreme Court decision, Brown v. Board of Education. Maguire would play lawyer Jack Greenberg, his greatest acting challenge to date because I don't buy Maguire as Jewish. I buy him as a man with the powers of a spider, but Jewish? Well, he's a talented actor so we'll see.

For those that never took middle school American History or don't pay attention during Black History Month, Greenberg worked with the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and future Supreme Court justice Thurgood Marshall to end segregation in American schools. Danny Strong (writer of HBO's Emmy-nominated movie "Recount / Jonathan from "Buffy the Vampire Slayer") will write the script and I'm sure end the film so that when audiences leave the theatre, they'll know that

America defeated racism.

I recommend ending on a freeze-frame of smiling children of all ethnicities.
