Disney has released a new, full-length Tomorrowland trailer for director Brad Bird's (The IncrediblesMission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol) original sci-fi film. Co-written and produced by Damon Lindelof, the movie stars Britt Robertson (Under the Dome) as an optimistic young teen with scientific curiosity who teams up with a disillusioned former boy-genius inventor (George Clooney) to embark on a journey to uncover the secrets "of an enigmatic place somewhere in time and space that exists in their collective memory as 'Tomorrowland.'"

Judging by this trailer, the film is filled with giddy, sci-fi spectacle that includes everything from jet packs to rocket bathtubs. The visuals are astounding, and Bird seems to have delivered a grand sense of adventure and wonder. The only thing missing is humor, but considering how that's been such a huge part of the director's other films, I'd be shocked if it was absent from Tomorrowland.   This continues to be one of my most-anticipated films of 2015, and while other original sci-fi flicks this year have flamed out (Jupiter Ascending, Chappie) Bird's movie looks like it's ready to blast off.
