Earlier today I finally attended my first Toy Fair in New York City. As a former toy collector, I’ve always wanted to check out the biggest toy show of the year. While I thought the aisles would be decorated with action figures and super heroes, the reality is, most of the toys on display are aimed at little kids. However, even though I was a bit let down by Toy Fair, I did manage to snap 100 pictures. Included are all the movie related toys that were on display (minus Hasbro as they were off site). So if you’d like to see toys for Green Lantern, Happy Feet 2, Thor, Captain America: The First Avenger, Star Wars, The Walking Dead, Gremlins, the Flux Capacitor from Back to the Future, The Smurfs, Fraggle Rock, Batman, Justice League, and tons of other random things, hit the jump!
Since I’m in New York City until tomorrow night, I’m hoping to still visit the Hasbro showroom. If they can get me in, I’ll have more pictures tomorrow night. Also, while at the Mattel booth, I heard the rep talking about Voltron and how they’d be showing the upcoming toys at this year’s Comic-Con.
Finally, all the pictures below are in high resolution. All you need to do is click on any image to check it out. Let me know what you like in the comment section. I’ll be reading them.

I demand a Flaming C action figure from Young Justice.
Hahahaha! I second that!
That would make one hell of an action figure.
I loved seeing Fraggle Rock. One of my fav shows when I was younger. I wouldn’t mind getting my hands on some those plushies. And the lifesize Lego Capt Jack was pretty cool too.
Regarding the Green Lantern line: Where is Krona?
Thanks for the pics. I felt like being there…
Frosty, these are good pics! What kind of camera do you use?
Aw, the Fraggles are so awesome!! And I love the Bad Robot drinking, haha, that’s awesome.
I’m a huge movie and toy nerd too. Thanks for the pics, I especially appreciated them all being in the same thread so I didn’t have to click around 50 times like other sites. I hope that GL movie turns out as cool as the merchandise.
